The integrity inspectors concluded that the Social-Democrat Party (PSD) deputy Matei Bratianu, who also acts as the head of the Post-Office and Communications Trade Union Federation, finds himself in a position of incompatibility, a release by the National Integrity Agency (ANI) quoted by Mediafax, reads. According to the same source, Bratianu held concomitantly, between 1991 and 2008, several executive positions within the National Trade Union Block (BNS). ANI reached this conclusion based on evaluations initiated in late October, adding that Bratianu had been advised of the initiation of evaluations. Furthermore, the latter visited on October 16 the ANI office, where he was acquainted with the information and data related to the investigation.
