Cozmin Gusa buys PSV Company, former Petromservice

Political consultant Cozmin Gusa purchased the PSV Company, former Petromservice on the morning of November 7, 2011, a mere few hours before prosecutors with the Prosecutor General’s Office ordered that Liviu Luca, Sorin Ovidiu Vintu and the company’s directors be taken into custody for defrauding the company. While Gusa told “Adevarul” he holds half of the shares of PSV Company, he would provide no insight into the transaction or the amount for which it bought the insolvent company. Gusa maintains that the new PSV, co-owned in proportion of nearly 55 pc with businessman Maricel Pacuraru, is already a party in the dossier dealing with the arrest of the “Vintu lot”, towards recovering a damage estimated at over EUR 83M.
