Groupama inaugurates Customer Relations Centre

The new Groupama Asigurari Customer Relations Centre offers company customers real-time information on liability insurance dossiers and their processing stage. The whole liability management team operates as part of a computerized system coordinated and monitored from Amera Tower, Cluj-Napoca, according to a Groupama press release sent to Nine O’Clock. The Centre includes both front and back office operations. The Alo Groupama Customer Relations Centre is operational nationwide, with liability insurance policies being authorized by phone at 0374-110-110.
