107 persons investigated for smuggling, Black market of cigarettes, up to 15 pc in November

The black market of cigarettes reached 15 pc in November, up from 11.8 pc in September, thus returning to the level of July this year, finds a survey conducted by market research company Novel. Illegal sales of cigarettes have been on a continuous decline through 2010 and in H1 this year, falling under 15 pc of the market in March 2011, followed by 11.8 pc in May.
