Bogdan Manoiu, appointed presidential counselor

Bogdan Manoiu, state secretary with the Ministry of European Affairs (MAEur) and former head of DAE, was appointed to the position of presidential counselor, the Presidential Administration announces.

The chief of state signed Wednesday the decree that appoints Bogdan Manoiu as presidential counselor.

Until now, Bogdan Manoiu was state secretary with MAEur. Previously, he had been the head of DAE, a structure that was integrated within MAEur.

Manoiu also worked with MAE, as well as the Presidential Administration, where he was state counselor for international relations during February – October 2009. Between June 2005 and December 2008, Bogdan Manoiu also acted as counselor to the Presidential Administration.
