Liliana Minca, former president of the Romanian Lottery and leader of PC’s women organisation yesterday entered UNPR as vice-president of the party’s Economy, Transport and Finance Department. Liliana Minca was the leader of PC’s women organisation. In October, when Cristian Popescu Piedone resigned from all the positions he held in PC, Liliana Minca said that he was a good mayor of District 4, but “he never was a good party member,” because he never went to his office at the PC headquarter, he did not go to the local branches of the party and “is a man without scruples.”
