Rompetrol will spend some USD 3 M to dredge the Midia Port

Midia Marine Terminal company, part of the Rompetrol group will spend USD 2.8 M next year to dredge the inner harbour of the Midia Port and make it suitable for tankers.

“The project is part of the Rompetrol group’s strategy of increasing the processing capacity of the Petromidia refinery to 5 million tons of crude, which will be finalised in 2012 and will ensure the development of the transit capacity of end products through the Midia port,” the CEO of Midia Marine Terminal, Ioan Taus announced in a press release.
