Heated brawl among taxi drivers in Otopeni Airport

20 taxi drivers got into a skirmish outside the Otopeni Airport on Wednesday night concerning the license to operate in the area. The brawl involved shots fired from a rubber ball gun. A man was injured and order was restored only after the gendarmes and police intervened. Two of the troublemakers were detained for 24 hours and preventive arrest warrants were issued in their names. Eight other persons involved in the scandal were taken to the police headquarters for questioning.
