Ford chartered a weekly flight to Craiova, for eight months, which will transport 150 German and British engineers that will assist the beginning of the production of the B-Max model and of the EcoBoost engine in Romania. The plane, a Boeing 737, will operate two flights a week starting today, sources with the US company told MEDIAFAX. Ford Romania officials confirmed the news. In their turn, officials with the Craiova Airport estimated that the number of business passengers will double when Ford will start production in its local plant. The concept of B-Max was unveiled in March last year at the Geneva Motor Show.
