Transgaz will contribute EUR 10.2 M to the consolidated budget for H1 2012 of Nabucco Gas Pipeline International, the company that develops the Nabucco gas pipeline. The proposal will be analysed by Transgaz shareholders on February 10, reads a report submitted to the Stock Exchange, Mediafax informs. The sum of EUR 10.2 M corresponds to the 16.6 pc stake held by Transgaz in Nabucco Gas Pipeline International and will be used for operation and development expenses. The construction of the gas pipeline, which will have a capacity of 31 million cubic meters a year, is scheduled to take place between 2013 and 2017. The state controls 73.5 pc of the national gas transport company, through the Ministry of Economy.
