Agent Cooper, opening act for Tony MacAlpine’s Bucharest gig

The progressive rock band Agent Cooper will be the opening act to the concert that American guitarist Tony MacAlpine is to play on March 5 in Bucharest’s The Silver Church club, Phoenix Entertainment informs. The band Agent Cooper was founded in 1998 on Atlanta. Throughout its career, it launched two albums and shared the stage with the likes of Fozzy, Stuck Mojo and Rich Ward. The band includes Doug Busbee, Eric Frampton, Sean Delson, Mike Martin and Ganesh Giri Jaya.

During the tour titled “Dream Mechanism Tour 2012”, Tony MacAlpine will play alongside his band made up of Aquiles Priester (drums), Bjorn Englen (bass) and Nili Brosh (guitar). MacAlpine’s style merges classical and funk jazz with the intensity of hard rock and metal.
