Steaua officials have reached an agreement with the Ministry of Defence in what concerns the team’s return to Ghencea stadium and are set to sign a lease contract in the following days, ‘Gazeta Sporturilor’ informs. The agreement stipulates that Steaua will have to pay off the debt it owes to the Ministry. Steaua accepted the condition, its licensing notebook stipulating that the debt has to be paid by March 31, 2012.
