Prices of intown land properties situated near Bucharest dropped in 2011 too, as owners were willing to give up even 40 pc of their expectations, like in the case of plots in Chitila, Magurele and Berceni Sat, where the lowest prices were registered. At the opposite end, the highest prices are still to be found in Pipera, Imopedia.ro reports according to Mediafax. The most significant cuts are for lands located at some distance from inhabited areas, while the prices of properties in central areas declined by a maximum 33 pc. On the other hand, Imopedia.ro considers that investors’ interest for land in the Bucharest-Ilfov area increased in 2011. According to data collected by the real estate portal, the number of visitors that accessed the site section dedicated to intown land soared by 28 pc compared to 2010.
