Labour Ministry may borrow money from Treasury for POS payments

The Labour Ministry received green light from the Government to temporarily borrow RON 650 M from the privatisation funds kept at the Treasury, in view of covering the payments due in January-March to the projects financed through the Sectoral Operational Programme (POS) Human Resources development, reads a decision recently passed by the Government. Out of this sum, RON 70 M are for January, RON 230 M for February and RON 350 M for March, with the money taken from the privatisation payments registered to the general current account of the State Treasury.
