Vodafone provides free Wi-Fi on 5 ski tracks

Starting this weekend, Vodafone will provide free Wi-Fi on 5 ski tracks in Romania: Cavnic (the Icoana and Roata tracks, Maramures County), Arieseni (Alba County), Straja (Hunedoara County), and Gura Humorului (Suceava County), the mobile telephony operator announces in a press release. Access to internet via Wi-Fi is available at the end point of the tracks. Additionally, Vodafone launches a special offer for its plan customers that enjoy skiing, which consists in a ski pass with up to 20 free uphill travels, on any of the partner tracks, upon signing a new contract for a Smartphone postpaid plan for 2 years, or renewing an existing contract. Besides the ski pass, all those who sign a new contract or renew an existing one will receive a free prepaid SIM card and either of 4 additional benefits, in effect for a 3-month interval since the activation date: 100 national minutes, or 250 minutes in land-based national/international networks, or 1,000 minutes in the Vodafone network, or 250 MB internet traffic.
