Bomb threat hits Amsterdam airport, man held

Dutch police say they have arrested a man who locked himself in a toilet and claimed to have a bomb at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport, the BBC reported. Parts of the airport have been evacuated and shut down since about 11:30 (10:30 GMT) yesterday. The bomb squad and scores of police are at the scene. The two main international terminals, one and two, have been evacuated. Schiphol is one of Europe’s busiest airports.
