Raiffeisen Bank Romania Exec. appointed state secretary

Cristian Sporis, executive director Treasury and Arbitrage, Raiffeisen Bank, was named state secretary at the Ministry of Public Finance, a post previously held by current Finance Minister Bogdan Dragoi, HotNews.ro reports. The appointment was brought into force by PM Mihai Razvan Ungureanu’s decision published in the Official Gazette Friday. The premier also decided Romulus Costea being replaced as foreign state secretary by Luminita Odobescu, general director, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The 36-year-old Sporis, a graduate of the Faculty of Banking and Finance of the Academy of Economic Studies, made his treasury apprenticeship at the Romanian branch of the National Bank of Greece.
