Volksbank has new deputy chairman

Volksbank Romania announced yesterday, by a press release, that Sorin Serban, formerly Chief Risk Officer at Garanti Bank Romania, had been appointed deputy chair of the bank’s Board of Directors and coordinator of the Restructuring and Loan Recovery department. Volksbank made its entrance on the Romanian market in 2000 and currently owns EUR 4.7 bln-assets and a network of 135 offices. Volksbank’s Board of Directors comprises Johann Lurf (chairman), Lucian Cojocaru and Alexander Tscherteu (deputy chairmen)
