According to an ING media release yesterday, the bank launches ING Fast Pay, a smartphone-mediated modality for the payment of utility bills. ING customers who are owners of smartphones may now pay their utility bills in a fast and convenient way by simply using the photo camera to scan the invoice and confirming the transaction.
