Mayors must return to the government the money that will be allotted from the reserve Fund to the Budget, via MAI, for rubber stamps and ballots in the local elections, as the Executive will cut the funds of those local administrations that will not comply with this obligation. The procedure was agreed this Tuesday in a Cagbinet meeting, through an emergency ordinance which rules that these expenses will be recovered from local budgets, forcing mayors to include the sums in their budgets for this year. The decision caused discontentment among local administrations. The mayors of the main town in the Arad County say they did not plan such sums in their budgets and will be forced to take the money from other expenses.
