Woman mutilated by plastic surgeon in Craiova

A 30-year-old woman that tried to have her stretch marks removed ended up with an abdomen full of scars. The treatment within a private clinic had a cost of RON 3,000. “After I gave birth I had stretch marks around the navel. I went to Dr. Silosi Cristian. He looked at me, stated that everything is fine and he will remove them. Then he scheduled me for plastic surgery,” the woman stated, being quoted by realitatea.net. She stated that the doctor even relocated her navel. “I had the navel here and he moved it, I don’t know why! Not only does it look bad, but I also have abdominal pain here,” the patient said. “The medical documents we looked at show that she also underwent a navel hernia surgery, a surgery that she did not ask for. Thus, we’ve reached a litigation with this specialist and the clinic,” the woman’s lawyer stated. The woman sued the medic and is asking for RON 100,000 in damages. Contacted by Realitatea TV, the doctor refused to comment.
