The average monthly wage of a Tarom employee will increase by 5 pc this year, to approximately RON 5,000, while the staff will be reduced by 139, to 2,916, from 2,335 in 2011, according to the budget of TAROM, published by the Official Gazette, realitatea.net reports. The average monthly income of an employee, influenced by bonuses in money or kind, will reach RON 5,109. In 2011, the average income per employee exceeded RON 4,700, while the estimated number of employees was 2,335, so that in 2012 it is expected to drop by 6 pc.
