Deloitte-Musat-Systra, the state’s consultant for CFR Marfa privatisation

The Ministry of Transport selected the consortium formed by Deloitte, Musat&Asociatii, and Systra (France) as provider of consultancy services in the privatisation of CFR Marfa, a sale that must be concluded until the end of October and which might also involve the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the International Finance Corporation, sources said for Mediafax. The consortium will propose strategies for the privatisation of CFR Marfa, based on a preliminary diagnosis that will be endorsed by the ministry and the Government, then it will evaluate the company in view of establishing the market value of the shares, and will secure the technical assistance
