Gheorghe Zamfir to perform ‘Spring Rhapsody’ panpipe concert on May 29

Gheorghe Zamfir will hold a panpipe concert, under the name ‘Spring Rhapsody,’ on May 29, at Sala Palatului (Palace Hall), organisers announce. The concert is part of a tour that will continue with performances at Calarasi, Slobozia, Iasi, Bacau and Piatra Neamt, in the first part of June. The concert will include folk and international songs, as well as works composed by Gheorghe Zamfir himself – “Lonely shepherd”, “Nightingale”, “Soul ballad”, “Lament”, “El condor pasa”, “My heart will go on”, “Memory” or “Einsamer Hirte”. Tickets are available through Vreau Bilet at the Unirea Shopping Center, the EuroGsm stores, at the Palace Hall, the Mihai Eminescu bookshop, in the Eventim network and online at www.vreaubilet.ro and www.eventim.ro. Ticket prices depend on the position of the seat, going from 50 to 150 RON.
