Corina Dumitrescu, nominated by PM-designate Victor Ponta Education Minister in his Cabinet, is the Rector of the ‘Dimitrie Cantemir’ Christian University since 2007. Some resounding names in Romanian politics have or still are on the payroll of this private university. Rodica Stanoiu, ex-Minister of Justice, Titus Corlatean, the current nominee for the same portfolio, MP Alina Gorghiu and Vasile Bleotu are just a few of the politicians remunerated by the education institution headed by the future minister of education.
