The tallest office building in Romania, Sky Tower is due for completion at the end of the year, and there are high chances that it will be delivered on time, according to adevarul.ro. The Floreasca zone of Bucharest thus consolidates its status as pole of the private business environment, along with the completion of Sky Tower – the most important investment projects of these years, on the local market of office buildings, with an investment worth EUR 100 M, comments the ‘Romania Libera’ newspaper. The giant office building (37 floors, 137 meters high), will have an in-built surface of 50,000 square meters above ground, with each floor spreading on 1,150 sq m. The floors 2 through 7 will accommodate the offices of Raiffeisen Bank.
