Court rejects Romexpo request to provisionally suspend the insolvency procedure

The insolvency procedure of Romexpo will continue, as the Bucharest Court of Appeals yesterday rejected a request filed by the management of the exhibition complex to provisionally suspend the decision of the Bucharest Tribunal to open the insolvency procedure, pronounced at the end of May, reads a press release issued by the judiciary administrator of Romexpo, the Euro Insol company. The verdict pronounced by the Court of Appeals is irrevocable. Romexpo became insolvent on May 25 over an outstanding debt exceeding RON 180,000 to Arsenoaiei & Matasel Consulting company.
