The shares held by the state in Rompetrol Rafinare will be transferred from the Finance Ministry to the Ministry of Economy, under a draft Government Decision quoted by HotNews.ro. One of the reasons for this change is the fact that the Finance Ministry “does not have specialised personnel in the activity sector of SC Rompetrol Rafinare SA,” reads the explanatory note of the act.
