The Maria Domina Cultural Association brings Boris Berezovsky, one of the world’s top pianists, to Bucharest. Palace Hall will host the show given by the Russian pianist on November 6. The programme will feature: Brahms, Studies for Piano in A minor – Variations on a Theme by Paganini, Op.35 and Hungarian Dances (Three dances), Khachaturian, Toccata, Gould, Etude in a form of Boogie Woogie, Chasins Flirtation in Chinese Garden and Rush hour in Hong Kong, Gershwin 3 Preludes, Liszt Mephisto Waltz no.1, “Der Tanz in der Dorfschenke,” S 514, Albeniz Suite Espanola, Saint-Saens, Le Cygne (The Dying Swan) (Arr. Godowsky), Chopin Waltz no.6 in D flat major “Minute Waltz,” Op.64 no.1 (Arr. Godowsky) and Ravel La Valse. Ticket prices range from RON 350 to RON 400.
