The judges of the Supreme Court yesterday sentenced businessman Corneliu Iacobov to 7 years behind bars, and Toader Gaurean to 6 years, for frauds against Rafo Onesti, Mediafax reports. The High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) rejected the appeals of the two defendants and also sentenced Marin Marin to 7 years in prison. The three will be detained by police and taken to penitentiaries close to their respective domiciles.
