An authorized physical person (PFA) will verify the performance indicators stipulated in the revenue and spending budget, procurements and investments of Romtelecom, Romanian Post and Radiocom, where the Ministry of Communications (MCSI) is a shareholder. The auditor will get RON 24,000 for the rendered service by the end of the year, according to MCSI, Mediafax reports. “By April 27, 2012, when the offer submission deadline expired, PFA Mitroi Gheorghe was the only company to put an offer, and therefore won the auction on RON 24.000 lei. The eight-month contract, into late this year, may be extended for a maximum of four months in 2013 ». Also, Gheorghe Mitroi will look into procurement proceedings in order to see whether the state-guaranteed funds, loans, special funds, own resources were properly spent, as well as the carrying out of investments, upgrades, overhaul etc. Also, PFA Mitroi Gheorghe will check the implementation of structural reform programs, privatization, increased economic efficiency and job creation, as well as the organization and carrying out of internal control at ministry level, subordinated institutions and shareholder companies. According to MCSI data, the tender winner cashed RON 6,000 June 27 on consultancy services rendered last April and May.
