Steaua Bucharest presented the extended line-up it will use in the new season, in a friendly game against Litex Loveci, a team coached by former Bulgarian football star Hristo Stoichkov. Steaua won the game, 3-0. “I have a powerful line-up. I’m glad Nastase, Lupu and Puscas went in well. Each player has the chance to enter,” Steaua coach Laurentiu Reghecampf stated after the game, Mediafax informs. Hristo Stoichkov stated in his turn that Steaua was physically better prepared. “The fact that Steaua starts the season a week from now mattered in today’s game, the team being clearly better prepared physically. My team still has three weeks of training to go,” Stoichkov stated. League I team Petrolul Ploiesti defeated Greece’s AEK Athens on Sunday, at home, in a friendly in which it presented its extended line-up for the 2012/2013 season, score 4-0 (2-0 at half time). The goals were scored by Mustivar (17th minute), Grozav (24th and 69th minutes) and Cristescu (52nd minutes).
