Fund supporter of Steaua football team, Gigi Becali, Mayor of District 3, Robert Negoita and companies GTC and Euroholding Land, owned by Israeli and Spanish investors, are on the list of those to receive indemnities for lands to be expropriated to complete Bucharest – Ploiesti motorway, Mediafax informs. Thus, between Petricani Street and Bucharest ring belt, there will be expropriated, based on a government decision draft, 60 lands and real estate buildings which stretch over an area of 63,860 square meters for which RON 47.16 M (EUR 10.3 M). The works need to be done to complete the missing motorway segment with a total length of 6.5 km. The funds are provided from state budget through Ministry of Transports and Infrastructure and the value of indemnities results from the evaluation report drafted by an ANEVAR authorized evaluator – National Union of Chartered Evaluators in Romania. Gigi Becali will be expropriated of 1,288 square meters if arable land in Voluntari, for which he will receive RON 111,088, meaning RON 86 per square meter (EUR 19 per square meter). It is also in Voluntari that several plots of arable land stretching over an area of 8,332 square meters shall be lost by Mayor of Sector 3, Robert Negoita, in exchange of which he will receive RON 718632 (RON 86 per square meter – EUR 19 per square meter).
