During the past 10 years, Romania affirmed itself as an important economic partner for Germany, both with respect to investments and a commercial partner. AHK Romania began operating in 2002, with 200 members and 12 employees. Today, AHK has over 500 members, companies in Romania and Germany, the number of employees increased to 14, becoming one of the largest bilateral Chambers of Commerce in Romania. AHK offers support not just to the German companies that crack the Romanian market, but equally so as a partner for the Romanian companies willing to enter the German market.
