The Legal Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Deputies yesterday declined the request of prosecutors to allow criminal investigations against ex-Ministers Laszlo Borbely and Victor Paul Dobre, said Committee Vice President Florin Iordache (PSD). According to him, the decision was made by 15 votes against and two in favour. The decision of the Legal Committee will be presented in plenary sitting of the lower Chamber today.
