New Chief Operating Officer at BCR

Paul Ursaciuc, currently executive director of the Internal Audit Department, will become Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BCR, following the promotion of Christian Bruckner within the Erste holding, BCR announces in a press release. Ursaciuc will join the Management Board of BCR, after the regulatory approvals. BCR reported for the second quarter of 2012 a net loss of RON 240.6 M, against the background of lower incomes from interests and keeping provisions at a high level, while for the first six months the negative result amounted to RON 546.4 M.
