The government has authorized the borrowing from the state reserve of some fuel amounts for electric and thermal power producers, needed for the coming winter, and decided that the deadline for returning the amounts borrowed in 2011 to be extended into May 21, 2013, Mediafax reports. The overall fuel amount to be borrowed from the state reserve adds up to 1.5 M tons of energy coal and over 146,000 tons of black oil.
