Dragos George Bilteanu, currently deputy chairman of the Board of SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1), will take over the top position in the financial investment company on December 1st, from the acting Chairman of the Board and CEO of the SIF, Ioan Cuzman. One of the companies led by Bilteanu, Romenergo, purchased in February this year 4 pc of the shares issued by SIF Banat-Crisana from Banca Transilvania and five of its subsidiaries. Following this transaction, Romenergo reached a stake of 5 pc in the SIF.
