Alinso takes interest in other green energy projects too

Belgium’s Alinso Group, which owns the West Park business park in the Aricestii Rahtivani commune, Ploiesti Co., developed by businessman Petrica Usurelu, says it also has in view other green energy projects, having recently finished building a 5 MW solar farm, zf.ro reports. “Given the renewable energy continues being one of the main sources of green power and a major contributor to reaching environmental and economic energy targets, our company too is steadily seeking new projects in the field of alternative energy,” Ana-Maria Ilie, project executive, Allianso Energy, the company in charge of the energy projects of the  Belgian group, said . According to Transelectrica data, national electricity transmission company Alinso landed a grid connection contract for a 5 MW solar project late last year, with the investment to become operational in nine months. The solar farm was ready last July, and, as we speak, the installation is connected to the National Power Grid. The project is developed on a surface area of nearly 10 hectares, ob the rooftops of four industrial halls on the premises of the Ploiesti West Park and held by Allianso Business Park,” Ana-Marie Ilie said, without disclosing the exact value of the investment.
