Russian ambassador in Bucharest pays visit to student hit by Embassy car

The ambassador of the Russian Federation to Romania, Oleg Malgynov yesterday went to the Bagdasar-Arseni Hospital of Bucharest to visit the 19 year old student that was hit by an Embassy car on the crosswalk, Mediafax informs. Hospital sources said the young woman is still in coma, but her conditions is slightly improving. Prosecutors sent to the Bucharest Sector 3 Tribunal the file of the Russian diplomat that rammed and severely injured the student, on October 21, as she was crossing a street in Bucharest. They proposed a transfer of procedures allowing the diplomat to be tried in Russia.
