Bucharest exchange office cashier attacked by hooded man

A cashier at a currency exchange office was attacked by a man, Romania TV reported. The man hit the cashier, stole the money and fled the scene. According to an eyewitness, the robber was wearing a hood and running out of the office. Mediafax quoted investigating sources as saying that the cashier was outside the “safe area”, the robber noticed the door was not secured got in and hit the cashier. Then, he opened a drawer and took the money found there. The blood-drenched cashier however managed to call the police. A medical crew also arrived at the scene to tend to her injuries.
