Russian film days in Bucharest, on November 26-29, at Cinema Studio

Cinema Studio will host, on November 26-29, the Days of Russian film in Bucharest, part of the second edition of the Days of Russian Culture – ‘From Russia, with an open heart,’ money.ro reports. According to the source, the event will open on November 26 with the projection of the latest film directed by Karen Sakhnazarov, ‘White Tiger’ – nominated for Oscar in 2012. The film will be projected in presence of the director and will be introduced by its main actor, Alexey Vertkov, together with film critic Sergey Lavrentiev, who also selected the movies that will run in this new ‘Mosfilm’ retrospective in Bucharest, and with the deputy director of Mosfilm’s International Relations Department, Olga Karavaeva. The programme of the event includes the films ‘Armistice,’ directed by Svetlana Proskurina, ‘Miracle short stories,’ directed by Mikhail Segal, ‘Expiation’ by Aleksandr Proshkin, ‘White Tiger’ by Karen Sakhnazarov and The Physician’ by Vladimir Pankov.
