Bucharest, 112th in the world, based on infrastructure

Bucharest ranks 112th in a global top of cities based on their infrastructure, according to data released yesterday by the human resources consulting company Mercer, which analysed 221 cities from all continents, realitatea.net reports. The Romanian capital is outranked by other cities of Central and Eastern Europe: Budapest (67), Vilnius (74), Prague (75), Bratislava (80), Tallinn (82), Riga (85), Warsaw (88) and Ljubljana (92). However it fares better than Zagreb (115), Moscow (123), Belgrade (133), Skopje (135), Sofia (140), Kiev (146), St. Petersburg (160), Minsk (163), Sarajevo (164) and Tirana (180). The top positions are held by Singapore, Frankfurt and Munich.
