The government will become directly involved in filing a lawsuit in France, to repatriate the remains of Constantin Brancusi, PM Victor Ponta announced Thursday, adding that the procedures with the French state are very complicate, and this will not be possible without a court order.Victor Ponta met the mayor of Targu Jiu and writer Laurian Stanchescu, who started some time ago an action aimed at repatriating the bones of Brancusi.According to the premier, the government will sustain the expenses implied by the respective trial, as the repatriation of the remains of Brancusi is not possible without a decision issued by a French court.
