The next couple of weeks might see a return to normal with respect to payments into the Human Resources Development Sectoral Operational Program (HRDSOP), after the European Commission (EC) agreed last year to start sending relevant reimbursement applications, Laszlo Andor, European Commissioner responsible for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, told a press conference in Brussels, according to Agerpres. Commissioner Andor said he had carried out talks with Romanian Premier Victor Ponta and, which the EU official deemed ‘satisfactory’. According to the Commissioner, normal HRDSOP practices could resume next month, with the sending of reimbursement applications only representing the first step toward this end.
