JTI has new general manager

Charlie Cunningham-Reid has replaced Neil Coupland as JTI’s new general manager for Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria, the tobacco company announced yesterday, Mediafax informs. Coupland will become the company’s general manager in Poland. Charlie Cunningham-Reid has over 20 years of experience in the commercial and marketing domain, of which 11 years in the tobacco industry. He joined JTI in 2011, holding various positions at the company’s central headquarters in Geneva. He came to Romania in 2012, as Vice President, Head of Consumer & Trade Marketing, having previously been JTI’s general manager in Bulgaria. “We will continue to invest in the business on the local market, in our brands and in people,” Cunningham-Reid stated in a communiqué.
