UCM Resita will export energy equipment worth EUR 30 M to India

UCM Resita, a company that is going through an insolvency process, successfully negotiated and reached an agreement, in December 2012, regarding a contract for the manufacturing of energy equipment which it will export to India; the contract will bring the producer EUR 30 M over the next two years, adevarul.ro reports. According to Remus Borza, the owner of Euro Insol, the court-appointed administrator of the insolvent company, the contract will be signed this week. After Ioan Obadau was replaced by Cosmin Usoniu as president and CEO of UCM Resita in November 2012, the contract with the Indian partner was the most important target of the new management team.
