9th National Spanish Language School Theater Festival in Bucharest

The Embassy of Spain in Romania and R. of Moldova, via the Office of the Educational, Culture and Sports Attaché, the Romanian Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Moldova and the Bucharest City hall invite you today and tomorrow at the 9th National Spanish Language School Theater Festival, according to a press communique. The event will be hosted by the Children’s Palace in Bucharest, Small Hall, from 9:30 am, in the presence of His Excellency Estanislao de Grandes Pascual, Spain’s Ambassador to Romania, and Mrs. Liliana Preoteasa, General Director of the Education and Learning throughout Life General Department and the Educational Attaché of the Embassy   of Spain in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, and of the director of the Cervantes Institute in Bucharest. The award ceremony, too, will be held at the Children’s National Palace, 1:00 pm, in the presence of the Educational Attaché of Spain’s Embassy in Romania and Republic of Moldova, George Papagheorghiu of the Bucharest Municipal Hall and Florin Diaconescu, a representative of the Scoala Democratiei Association. According to the quoted source, the event aims at presenting the theater groups in the schools where Spanish is taught. Each theater group will perform in Spanish a theater play written by a Spanish playwright.
