UDMR schedules ordinary Congress for May 25

UDMR President Kelemen Hunor told a press conference on Friday that the Union would hold its ordinary Congress on May 25, at Miercurea Ciuc, to amend the Statute and the Programme of the formation, Mediafax informs. ‘UDMR will organise an ordinary Congress on May 25, in Miercurea Ciuc, to change the Statue and the Programme of the Union and adopt strategic programmatic documents,’ Kelemen Hunor said. The UDMR leader further noted that there would be ‘a broader Congress’, with all UDMR mayors. ‘So there will be a Congress with about 800 delegates,’ Kelemen said.
