The Superior Magistracy Council’s (CSM) Judiciary Inspection is investing Daniel Morar after he made several statements this week in an interview. Daniel Morar is reproached with violating the deontological code, Romania TV informs, after he stated that some prosecutors feel like they are at a sanatorium. Interim attorney general Daniel Morar stated in an interview for “Revista 22” magazine that work at the Prosecutor’s Office is slow, that there are prosecutors “that shouldn’t be prosecutors” and that treat the institution as “a sanatorium.”
